Gene regulatory network modeling site

The Center for Cell Dynamics at the University of Washington has a nice site on their efforts to reconstruct gene regulatory network wiring and to model and test its role in development, particular of fruit flies as the subject there is the best data on. You can find their site here -

This is a classic problem in complexity, and one where simplified computer models seem essential to further progress. I thought it might be of interest to some here.
