Hoped someone might be willing to take a look at the attached Notebook and provide some assistance. I put it together drawing on a Notebook written in M- 6.0 and what I have learned thus far about M- 8.0.

Any assistance would be much appreciated!

For those interested, here is a newer version of the Notebook. Seems to be almost there, but no Array Plot.
