Dear all,

my name is Michael Haenlein and I am Associate Professor of Marketing at the business school ESCP Europe in Paris, France.

I would like to use NKS/ agent-based models to forecast certain variables. Specifically, I'm interested in predicting people's purchase behavior, based on their past behavior. For example, if I know how often you ordered books from Amazon, how can I predict how many books you will order in the next three months.

Could anyone point me to literature were NKS/ agent-based models have been used for prediction and forecasting?
