NKSExplorer Mma Kit bug?

Hi, I tried to reproduce all graphics from page 500 (http://www.wolframscience.com/nksonline/page-500), it was easy, but I can´t get the causal network (g). Just type

NKSDisplay[500.4, {{{0, 0, 1, 0} -> {0, 1}, {0, 0, 1} -> {1, 1, 0, 0}, {1} -> {0, 0, 1, 0}}, {0, 1, 0, 0, 1}, 10, 30},
Heading -> False]

and you will see that the causal network only shows the left edge (repetitive) evolution of the general substitution system (see attached figure, just following the nodes I numbered). Giving higher values to 10 and 30 doesn´t work too.
