this is an interesting article:

Its about using genetic algorithms to ajust 60-some parameters of relevance to race car performance.

As we all know, the general methodology of genetic algorithms is counter to that of NKS, for NKS likes to keep this simple and exhaustive.

But what can one do when the search space is ginormous? Or when evaluating a particular configuration is computationally expensive?

Im not sure what the answer to these questions are..
