What is the Reversible Cellular Automata?

I read the Steven Wolfram book about Cellular Automata, I didn't understand the core about " radius 2 reversible and radius 3 reversible".

I am eager to know about it, so could you give me the way to construct radius 2 reversible and radius 3 reversible (if possible) ?
