The best way to diffuse anxieties is to make a gentle joke about them.
I was wondering what preconceptions an audience of architects and urban planners might have about using CA to generate design ideas.
So here are two entries, a couple of "cartoons" created in a 3D program from NKSX generated patterns (rule 110).
Here is the first: The Out of Towners, inspired by Neil Simon's play and movie of the same name.
