For the artistic scientists out there who are adept at photoshop software, I would like to point out that photoshop is a great place to explore NKS art.

I have been experimenting and practising digital art for about 2 years now. I have always been fascinated by creating complex "world like" (complex) art from the simplest of procedures.

Since I have read most of the NKS book, I am starting to make art (and feel it) from an NKS kind of perspective. When I create these images (which I should gather shortly for upload) I paint with simple rules and/or apply filters under the guide of simple rules and I often end up with complex imagery.

I would like to know if anyone else has been using photoshop with NKS mentalities. NOTE: if i could pay for the mathematica software then I would have bought it but I still tend to think that the kind of imagery (when based on NKS ideas) produced by mathematica and photoshop would be vastly different.
