Hello,
I would like to read "Axon pclamp" files with Mathematica and would like to know if anybody has a read routine for this.

This is not a currently recognized data format in Mathematica. I am afraid I don't know of any established workarounds yet, either. If you can export to standard file formats, obviously you can then Import in Mathematica. And it is on our list of formats to support at some point...
