given the SINC function, How can we find it's maxima?As it has many local maximas so i think we can use cellular automata to solve this problem. Plz help

I don't see any relation to CAs. But it has one global maximum (at zero, assuming you define it there by its limit, as is usually done) - and an infinite number of local maxima.
Some discussion here, including using its intersections with the cosine function to find its local extrema...
