I think it will be soon proved that NKS is the appropriate tool for physics.
I can explain how a NKS based model (with a few twists) will soon become the standard way to model quantum mechanics and relativity.
Here it is:

Let me summarize your findings:
You have discovered the well known fact that what an observer sees and what actually happens may be two different things. Not a new idea, this is partly why eyewitness testimony is unreliable, it is a fact of our brains filter certain things out without our knowledge.
Yes in some sense (not a very useful one) one can say that "relative reality" as you define it is a product of our minds. The issue is that does not get us anywhere and it does not advance science. Ultimately unless you can tap into "absolute reality" your guessing and not making science any more.
The idea you are promoting is not new its well known, and to be honest its backwards. What you should be doing is working on ways to better understand "relative reality" since this is the reality we experience and there is no guarantee one can arrive at relative reality from some hypothesized absolute reality.
This type of observer system is a formal area of research that you should look at. But at the moment it is clear that you don't have enough of a grasp of it yet to teach us anything.
Thanks
