I have downloaded the 2.2TuringMachine applet coming from the Wolfram Demonstrations Project. I am puzzled by the encoding of the initial conditions. They are apparently encoded as a binary integer from right to left with the head on the last figure. The applet allows to modify the encoded number (red=1 and white =0). All works fine for i=0,1,2,3,4 but apparently fails for i=5 which is encoded as WRR (=6!) and 6 which is encoded as RWR (=5!). Is there a subtility which escaped me?
Thanks for help
