Fact: Newton conceptualized a universe where the space and time of science is absolute, and where the matter of science behaved determinately
Fact: Leibniz conceptualized a universe where the space and time of science is relative, and where the matter of science behaved indeterminately
Fact: Newton's theories of space, time, and matter have evolved into new theories, where space and time are relative, and matter is indeterminate
Fact: These new theories rest on a foundation that still resembles Newton's universe more than Leibniz's
Fact: The greatest endeavor of physicists today is to create even newer theories of relative space, relative time, and indeterminate matter that have no compatibility issues
The obvious conclusion one comes to when considering these facts objectively is:
The foundation of Leibniz, which anticipated both relativity and quantum mechanics, may have more potential for yielding a GUT or TOE than Newton's foundation, which has been made relativistic and indeterminate ad-hoc.
