This one is a little more complicated. The tape is not infinite (it is 256 cells long and loops back on itself) but it does work and again can produce all the pictures on pages 78-81.

i knew that this is useful toy we learn at school.
Excel is more powerful than mathematica.

Is there an excel program for 3-D cellular automata, I do not have mathematica .

Excel is inherently 2-D at best. You could create 3-D with multiple worksheets but this would be hard work.
Another option may be to explore the other Excel-like solutions now available with the open-source office solutions to see if any of these have 3-D options.

It would be interesting to see Excel in 3d, though I don't believe such a thing would be possible at this time.
